I got the idea for these mini bird cupcakes from the DIY queen herself, Martha. A little toasted coconut, some frosting, a makeshift piping bag, and mini dot sprinkles, and voila! Mini bird cupcakes, yes? And because I'm not coconut's biggest fan, I rounded the day out and made some chocolate ones as well.
